We provide buyers with a comprehensive Property Condition Assessment (PCA) inspection and report on the major structural, electrical and mechanical components and systems within a building.
Performed by qualified, locally registered engineers, our PCA inspections provide a baseline examination of the current physical condition of the building together with an opinion summary of useful remaining life and replacement costs for major key components.

We can provide you with a fixed-fee proposal to perform a commercial building inspection and present a detailed, stamped and sealed engineer’s report within 7-10 days of visiting the property.
