Philip Mason, P. Eng.
Managing Partner

  Structural Engineer, Mr. Mason, is a managing partner at Mason and Associates Ltd. and is a registered professional structural engineer in Bermuda. Having graduated from the Technical University of Nova Scotia, Canada in 1983 he worked for the Ministry of Works and Engineering as a design engineer leaving in 1995 as the Principal (Structural) Engineer. He joined his brother in a local venture to design, build and commission the island’s first brewery and stayed on as a manager before moving to live in Louisville KY. 

Philip returned to the island in 2008 to set up Mason and Associates Ltd.

Kelly Harris, P. Eng.

Senior Structural Engineer
Kelly Harris is a civil engineer with over 20 years of engineering and project/contract management experience in Bermuda and overseas in British Columbia, Canada. Graduating from Technical University of Nova Scotia (now Dalhousie University) with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1996, Mr. Harris went on to work for the Ministry of Public Works in the Structural Engineering Section and the Water and Sewage Section. During this time, he was seconded to an overseas consulting firm where he worked on projects ranging from bridge construction and retrofits, water reservoirs and seismic upgrades to buildings. He left his senior position as Principal Civil Engineer (Water and Sewage) in December 2010 to join Mason and Associates Ltd.
